This started as a project to be my online cookbook after my physical cookbook disappeared 8 years ago- to this day never recovered and probably ended up in a landfill courtesy of kids. Easy Cornbread Casserole
1 box instant cornbread mix
8 oz sour cream
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
1 egg
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix ingredients and bake for 1 hour in a greased glass baking dish.
